Our process
1. Free plan & design
The first stage is to make an appointment by phoning our freephone number 0800 294 65 65.
We will then send one of our experienced designers out to view your kitchen (Available appointment times are Mon - Sun 9am - 9pm).
During the appointment the designer will:
a) Measure up.
b) Show you the product.
c) Answer any questions.
d) Take any ideas you may wish to incorporate into your dream kitchen.
e) Give you the option to visit our showroom.
(Average appointments take between 30 minutes to 1 hour).

2. Showroom visit (Optional)
Visit our showroom and:
a) Take a look at our displays and products.
b) See your completed plan & design in 3D.
c) Receive your unbeatable quotation.

3. Surveying
Once your design is confirmed, our experienced surveyor will take over. His role ensures:
a) All measurements are checked.
b) All aspects of the kitchen to be fitted are correct.
c) Delivery and dates for fitting are agreed.
The surveyor is also our project manager and will see your job through from start to finish.

4. Making the kitchen
Most of our kitchens are custom made and therefore need a minimum of 3 weeks to create.
Special items on request can take up to 4 - 6 weeks.
If you dont require your kitchen for 3 to 12 months then we can create it and store it until you are ready for delivery.

5. Delivery
We will deliver your kitchen on the agreed date. This is usually on the friday before the fitting date or on the fitting date itself. We are flexible for alternative arrangements.
6. Fitting Service (Optional)
Our experienced fitting team will install your kitchen ensuring everything is finished off to a high standard and all health & safety regulations are met. The fitting teams we use have been with us for 5 years and have been 'tried and tested' in all aspects of fitting. We are also experienced and able to undertake any kind of building work if required.
7. Customer / After sales service
Whatever the reason, help is at hand at all times from:
a) The project manager
b) The designer
c) The fitters
d) The office
